If you choose Donna Toot Merritt Realty, as your buyer's agent, you will receive cash back at closing equal to 1/2 of 1% of your total contract price. On the purchase of a $300,000 home this would be $1500.

This cash back will be a check for you to use anyway you choose including as part of your closing costs on your home purchase.
