The internet provides thousands of opportunities to search for homes...most of your searches (in a specific area) will be repetitive because all REALTORS, (members of Board of Realtors) have access to the same listings.
The difference is how those homes and the related information is presented to you as a Buyer.
An office (broker or agent) which survives on Listings has a tendency to put the greatest push on selling their "In-house" listings because that is where the greatest commission can be made. (Good business sense you say) but...many times the concentration is therefore on "Selling" you a "Particular Listing" rather than "Listening" to you and "Finding" what you want.
As a Buyer's Agent, I will "Listen" to what you say and then use all the information as provided in the MLS (Multiple Listing Service) or other sources, to drill down to only those houses which truly meet your requirements.

Usually there is no cost to you, the buyer, for complete Buyer's Agency Service
My fee is usually paid, at closing with funds which the seller had agreed to pay
when the house was listed on the MLS. There could be a fee related to the purchase of a
property listed as a "For Sale By Owner"

BEST SEARCH METHOD:
Email me with info as to what you are looking for (ie) LOCATION, PRICE,
NUMBER OF BEDROOMS/BATHS, (MUST HAVES)...GARAGE, POOL, FENCED YARD ETC.
Because I have the advantage of being able to do a more detailed search I will narrow your search down for you
and send you the results on a Special webpage which I have set up just for that purpose. You will receive pictures
if they are available and much more information then is available on the regular search sites.
You are then free to drive by and check out the neighborhood, if you like before actually setting appointments to see
the homes.
REMEMBER...THERE IS NEVER A HASSLE HERE.

Our search by communities allows you to pick a city, pick a community, either single family or condo, and see what is on the market just where you are interested in looking. In some cities, you will find them broken down by list price. Simply click here, or click the Featured Communities button to the left to go directly to the "select a city" page. From there you will choose a community, or look through them all.
